A beautiful antique Edwardian Suffragette pendant featuring a 0.45ct Peridot in the centre haloed by four Pearls with a fabulous 0.20ct Amethyst dropper dangling below.
Suffragette jewellery was worn to show one’s allegiance to the women’s Suffragette movement in the early 20th century and popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White stones which carried the message: Green for Give, white for Women and violet for Votes!
The gallery is a wonderful open-worked design fashioned in 9ct Yellow Gold and suspended from chains. It is very pretty and a lovely presentation of the movement.
